I'm often put into the position of explaining America's stupidities to my visiting European friends. Here's an article about a book review on this topic. I am patriotic, and for me that also allows for the ability to criticize America. I think I got the most response in my blogging in my other blog about gun control. I'm a little afraid I'm going to get that her by commenting on America's stupidities. I'm not really interested in getting into a debate about what America is and patriotism, I suppose to my demerit.
